Open Question: Garmin nuvi 205 has lost my state?

I am having 2 issues with my garmin: 1--When I enter a city that is close (Hampton, VA) my nuvi will give me every other Hampton in the USA. I have reset everything to factory settings to no avail. 2--When I enter a city that starts with "N" it automatically goes to the next screen with a blank box.
